NIAMH'S JOURNEY IN A NUT SHELL:
I knew that I needed to make positive changes in my 20’s for later in life. I ate crap food and didn’t work out and it was starting to show. But I needed help. A friend introduced me to Kim and we clicked. Her committed style suited me. It certainly wasn’t easy; but she was always there for early mornings workouts and she educated me on my eating habits with her food diary.
I think what frightened me the most was the ferociousness I started to want it and how easy it became. I stopped wanting the crap food. My body ached for a good workout. We became a team and now I can’t imagine not being a “Spicer”.
