NATALIE'S JOURNEY IN A NUTSHELL
I have been a Spicer for about 2 years now. I attend Kim’s Parramatta sessions 3 times a week in my lunch break with my work colleagues. I joined Kim’s class to improve my fitness level, gain more energy and to get out of my office at lunchtime. We have 6 people in our fitness group and we are all at different fitness levels. Kim caters to each one of us; she does not give a blanket approach to her training.
Kim provides a fun and relaxed environment whilst still making sure we improve our fitness levels week to week. She provides very useful health and eating advice on top in our training sessions as well.
I have noticed a dramatic change in my body since attending Kim’s classes. Before attending Spice it up PT I used to get told that I look tired all the time and hardly had any energy. This is now a thing of the past and I can see my body starting to get a nice tone.
I recommend Spice it up PT to anyone out there that wants to get their health back on track, enjoys the outdoors and a bit of fun.
