ELAYNE'S JOURNEY IN A NUTSHELL
I have been training with Kim now for 10 weeks and am being constantly challenged to improve my strength and fitness. When I started my PT sessions I was very hesitant but my confidence and ability have grown immensely and now I am doing things that I would not dared to have tried 10 weeks ago.
Sessions with Kim are always great fun both inside and outside the gym. She tailors every session to build on strength, core body strength and balance. I enjoy every session and look forward to the next.
I cannot speak too highly of her and thank her for all that she has done for me. She is very committed and professional.
