Kim has a holistic approach to her client’s wellness and utilises functional exercise and balanced nutritional eating to produce life-changing results. Having inspired and educated hundreds of individuals to take charge of their health in her Five Dock studio. Andrew Soames enjoys working with clients that are new to the gym and want a fresh start in fitness. Andrew has been active his entire life and is a keen sportsman having played soccer, touch footy, cricket, basketball, tennis and golf. Andrew also competes in bodybuilding competitions, most recently competing in INBA. Andrew specialises in:
